Meringue– 90-140 ° C (190-280° F), Sponge cake – 170-190° C (340-375° F), Grated cake – 180° C (350° F), Gingerbread – 180-190° C (350-375° F), Yeast cake – 180-200° C (350-390° F), Short and choux pastry – 200-220° C (390-430° F), Puff pastry – 220-250° C (430-480° F).
