Carefully wash the fruits, stem the strawberries and cut the rhubarb into pieces. Mix the prepared fruits thoroughly with the contents of 1 package of Konfiturex. Boil the fruits with constant stirring. Pour sugar into the boiling fruits and boil for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir for about 1 minute until the foam disappears (or remove the foam with a spoon). Pour the hot jam into boiled jars and seal tightly. Stack upside down for approx. 5 minutes.

Good to know: to preserve the jams' beautiful colour and distinctive taste (especially when made from sweet fruits), add a pinch of Gellwe citric acid.
